Shipping and Handling
Shipping Information
Orders usually ship within 5 to 10 working days or less.
Your method of payment must be verified before merchandise is shipped.
If the merchandise you select is out of stock, your order may take up to 4 weeks to complete. You will be informed of any further delay in shipment.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling charges are based on the weight and destination of your order. Unless advised otherwise, we ship US Priority, or First Class mail. If you would like a confirmation of shipping and handling charges before your order is completed, we can notify you by e-mail. This service is by request only.
Rush Service
Add $2.00 to your order
Your order will receive priority handling and be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
Applies to in stock items only.
On order form, check either first or second day air preference. (Limited to Continental USA) The appropriate shipping fees will be added to your order.
Federal Express and United Parcel Services
We can ship via FedEx or UPS when necessary. If Second Day or Next Day Air Shipment is requested, additional charges will be added to your total.
Delivery by FedEx or UPS requires a street address. P.O. Box numbers are undeliverable. If there is no street address, we will ship via U.S. Parcel Post.
Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico
Shipped via FedEx or UPS whenever possible.
Add $7.00 to the normal shipping schedule.
Shipment to rural Alaska will be sent U.S. Parcel Post
Canada and International orders
Credit card payment only.
All tax and duty are paid by the purchaser
Shipping charges will be added to your order at time of shipment. (Orders shipped by air)
Shipping Choices:
- Global Express: Arrives 2 to 3 business days; Automatically insured for $500; Tracking number; package is signed for upon receipt.
- Global Priority: Arrives 2 to 3 business days; Max weight is 4 lbs, and 36" length. Can not be registered. Insurance is optional.
- Regular Air: Arrives 7 to 10 business days; Registration is optional (Registration applies only to packages that are a maximum length+weight+height of 36"); Insurance is optional.
Claims and Adjustments
Examine all shipments immediatley upon receipt. If defective or incorrect merchandise is received, you must notify us within two days of receipt.
Damaged in Shipping
Keep all original packing materials and notify us and your local FedEx or UPS office or Post Office for a claim.
Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit.
Yarn is returnable up to 3 months of date of purchase, and in good condition.
All sales are final on "special order, sale or reduced price merchandise".
Knitting Machine returns are limited to the manufacturers' warranty restrictions.
