When I knit, say I'm working a garter stitch, I will be doing fine then all of a sudden I have a beautiful row of garter stitching then I'll look at it and then I'll be garter stitching on the other side and I'll have garter stitching on both sides and it looks awful. I have literally throw my "scarf", the first project I will have ever knitted and it's just not happening for me. I took classes and I got all the stitches, dec, inc, binding off, casting on down pat and my instructor told me she thought I would have no problem going on and trying my first project. Well that was at the end of my last class. Hellllllp.... What am I doing wrong? Any advice is truly appreciated. Thanks, Adrienne
