Love the video instruction. I've already learned the two strand method but my sweater pattern calls for a double yarn double cast on. It shows one strand from the ball going over the index finger and a double strand going over the thumb but I'm totally confused about how to make the double yarn. Am I folding it from the tail? And then what? I can't find it in any books or websites and my knitting teacher can't figure it out either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
